What makes us different?
You will deal with solicitors with many years experience specifically in the employment law field and who pride themselves in taking a commercial and pragmatic approach to what can be a very complex area of law. We will give you straight forward advice. We are not here to lecture, but rather to explore the options available to you and assess the risks involved, balanced against the fees likely to be incurred.
Fees
It is our policy to be completely transparent as far as our fees are concerned. We will explore various funding options, including utilising any legal expense insurance that you may have in place. We can provide our services at our standard charge-out rates but we are also happy to discuss fixed fee arrangements. In addition we have developed what we call a ‘shared risk’ plan for employers which is particularly suited to litigation – see Our Fees
