LEGAL 500 “Leading Firm” Legal-500

DC Employment Solicitors is recognised by the Legal 500 as being a “Leading Firm”.  The Legal 500 series has been studying the proficiencies of law firms for over 27 years.

The Legal 500 recognises and rewards the successful achievements of solicitors all over the world and is something we are proud to be a part of. DC Employment Solicitors are featured on their Employment in Hampshire section for top ranking employment solicitors.

Employment Lawyers Association (ELA)

The ELA provides specialist training to, and provides a forum for, specialist employment lawyers in the UK.  Each of our specialist lawyers here at DC Employment Solicitors is an accredited member of the ELA (and you can read more about this on the ELA website).

Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)

The purpose of the Solicitors Regulation Authority is to protect members of the public by ensuring solicitors meet the highest standards and offer support if situations should arise.  It sets the Principles and a Code of Conduct that we have to abide by in order to provide legal services.  It ensures that the firms that it regulates operate independently and with integrity in the interests of their clients and in the wider public interest.  As all solicitors must follow the same professional principles and strict code of conduct, the Solicitors Regulation Authority is in place to support us in being employment solicitors in Southampton you can always trust.

Both our partners Daryl Cowan and Laurence Dunn are SRA approved managers at our firm.

The Law Society

The Law Society is in place to represent lawyers in England and Wales.  It helps protect and promote solicitors so you can find the perfect lawyer for your requirements.  DC Employment Solicitors is featured on The Law Society website as a trusted and recognised law practice in Southampton.
