Information Collection and Use:

DC Employment Solicitors is a trading name of DC Employment Solicitors Limited, which is registered at Companies House under number 7562958.  Its registered and head office is at 21 Carlton Crescent, Southampton, SO15 2ET.  DC Employment Solicitors Limited is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA no.563075) as a suitable body to provide legal services.

DC Solicitors LLP

DC Commercial Solicitors and DC Family Solicitors are trading names of DC Solicitors LLP which is registered at Companies House under number OC337622.  Its members are Laurence Dunn, Daryl Cowan, Darren Tibble and DC Employment Solicitors Limited. Its registered office address is as above.  DC Solicitors LLP is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA no.618761) as a suitable body to provide legal services.  There is no relationship of partnership, within the meaning of the Partnership Act 1890, between all or any of the members of DC Solicitors LLP.

The DC Solicitors Group does not tolerate corruption in any form, either within our business or within those we do business with.  We have in place an Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy which includes procedures for the prevention of corrupt practices.  If you have reasonable cause to suspect unethical and/or corrupt practice in your dealings with us then you should report your suspicions immediately in confidence to the Risk and Compliance partner, Daryl Cowan, at 21 Carlton Crescent, Southampton, SO15 2ET or at darylcowan@dcemployment.co.uk

We pride ourselves on the level of service we provide to our clients.  In the unlikely event that things go wrong, we have a written Complaints Procedure to ensure that complaints are dealt with fairly and promptly.  A copy of our written Complaints Procedure can be supplied on request.
